Procession is a multipart, community-oriented performance and festival that invites Los Angeles residents to explore the history of the LA river and the ground beneath their feet. Free storytelling and art workshops, performances, and a family-friendly activities take place at Los Angeles State Historic Park on October 21, 2023.

Featured community leaders will conduct art workshops in preparation for the performance on October 21st. These free events offer participants a chance to learn paper mache, printmaking, and movement techniques. Participation is open to all but especially encouraged for those who have signed up to walk in one of the three performance routes. See below for details!
